The Tiger Frog Training sessions are designed as high intensity training programmes. Effort levels are included to enable participants to gauge the level of effort required for each stage.  For inexperienced participants, it is important to 'listen' to your body and take it easy if required. It is highly likely that you will feel fatigued and  you will become out of breath, but if you fell light-headed, sick or are having difficulties breathing then your are advised to cease pedalling, dismount the cycle carefully if possible and take a seat until symptoms pass.

Participants are fully encouraged to take on water during recovery periods, that is one of their main purposes.
