Phil has a passion for triathlon, road cycling, MTB, trail running, all things ‘fitness’ and a strange obsession with everything related to nutrition.

Phil has competed in a range of events from Ironman Distance triathlons to marathons and ultra-distance events. He's focusing his training in 2012 towards Olympic Distance and Middle Distance triathlons but can't resist a bash at the Outlaw Iron Distance triathlon and a handful of off-road marathons.

A qualified personal trainer and nutritionist Phil has been through it all himself and is in a perfect position to train and advise others. Having worked as a mobile personal trainer, Phil has now opened his wealth of experience to a wider audience using his proven online training and analysis methods.

Phil's qualifications are as follow:

•   Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Personal Training
•   International Diploma in Advanced Personal Training
•   NASM Certificate in Personal Training
•   Certificate in Sports Conditioning & Core Conditioning
•   Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management
•   Advanced Nutrition for Physical Performance
•   Certificate in Pre and Post Natal Exercise
•   Certificates in Kettle Bell, Medicine Ball Training and Power Club Training
